How shipping works

Choose your puppy and contact us. Send our inquiry form, call +1 (323) 818-0300 or email contact@havtolovmehavanese.com.
We give you the shipping cost. Tell us where you live and we’ll let you know the shipping details and cost to your area.
You adopt, and we arrange travel with you. We plan the delivery together with you.
Travel day. Your puppy travels with a pet nanny, in the cabin, never as cargo.
We keep you updated. We stay in touch with you until your puppy arrives.

We are based in Eureka, CA. We ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping is extra and quoted separately from our $750 adoption fee. Contact us for shipping details and cost to your area.

Even though we offer good and safe shipping, you’re welcome to visit to meet your puppy and pay in cash in person if you prefer.

Preparing for your puppy’s arrival

Supplies ready: crate or pen, soft bed, food and water bowls, the food your puppy is used to, a small collar and ID tag, a lightweight leash, puppy pads, chew toys, a brush and comb.
A quiet space: set up a calm, puppy-proofed area before arrival.
Be available: plan to be home on arrival day and for the first couple of days.
Vet appointment: book a check-up with your own vet for the first few days.
On arrival: offer a potty break and a little water first, then let your puppy rest. Travel is tiring, so keep things quiet.
