Our refund policy

  1. If you no longer want your puppy within 3 weeks after adopting, we refund.
  2. If your puppy falls ill within 3 months after adopting, we refund the full amount immediately. If you prefer another puppy instead, we can personally deliver your replacement puppy.
  3. In either case, we can refund the full amount or give you another puppy.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us. Email contact@havtolovmehavanese.com or call +1 (323) 818-0300.
  2. Tell us what has happened. Let us know your name, your puppy’s name and why you are requesting a refund.
  3. We get back to you. We talk it through with you and arrange a full refund or another puppy.
